…And by the way there’s worse gigs to have then having to hug up on Eve for three years straight…
Actor Jason George has had a really nice career. He plays the role of Dr. Ben Warren on both Grey’s Anatomy and Station 19. His career started in television with a main cast role in Sunset Beach and with a small role in Fallen (which started Denzel Washington). Then he started as J.T. Hunter, Eve’s love interest in the show Eve which eventually led to other roles and then to Grey’s Anatomy, first in a recurring role, then a main role; which then led to a staring role in its spinoff Station 19, while still recurring on Grey’s Anatomy. As Station 19 ended in 2024, he is now back in the main cast on season 21 of Grey’s Anatomy, which has been renewed for a 22nd season. Jason sits down with the Radio BOSS and talks about his role on Grey’s and having never really left, playing the role of a Black doctor and what that means historically, and he talks about his time on Eve, working with her, and shares a funny story about the very first episode of the show, and sharing his wisdom with the next generation. He and the Radio BOSS Donal Ware also talk about Jason’s love for the Philadelphia Eagles and Donal’s experience as a Washington Commanders fan at the Commander/Eagles NFC Championship Game in January..
