Where is MLB’s Real Commitment to the Black Community?

Good for Major League Baseball on pulling its All-Star Game out of Atlanta because of the new, racist voting law in Georgia implemented to suppress the minority vote and more specifically the Black vote. While I don’t want to downplay the significance of what MLB did, in the Black community, if MLB had continued with the All-Star Game in the summer, would we really have cared or made a big fuss about it? Would those outside of the Black community really have made a fuss? NBA or NFL in a similar situation, certainly. It’s a situation where MLB inserted itself which was a surprise to everyone, thus a big deal is being made of it. You call it proactive? I don’t. What I want to talk about is the lack of Black players in MLB, why the problem exists, and what is MLB doing to rectify the problem.
